With 20 years under her belt, Eliz has gained experience in organizational development, workforce planning, re-structuring, corporate growth, change management, and HR process refinement. Prior to establishing Orginsight, she consulted on management and HR at Big Four companies.
Since 2014, her articles have been featured in the renowned Harvard Business Review. She's currently researching future organizational structures.
