Eliz Tiras

Eliz is the Founder and Managing Partner of Orginsight, where she leads its work in management, organization and strategic people management. She has more than 20 years of project experience across industries in organizational development, workforce planning, restructuring, corporate development, change management, and business process analysis and improvement. Before founding Orginsight, she was a management and HR consultant at Big Four firms. Her articles have appeared in Harvard Business Review, the world's most prestigious business and management magazine, since 2014.

Turning her consulting experience into technology, Eliz is the originator and methodological architect of the software and AI agents that run job analysis, process analysis, job evaluation and workforce planning projects with AI. She has given hands-on training in these fields to hundreds of organizations and professionals, passing on her knowledge and experience first-hand and drawing on real business practice, global best practices and the methodologies she has developed.

Eliz holds an engineering degree and an MBA. She is a PMP-certified Project Management Professional and a lean management black belt.
